Annual Appeal

Our mission of clothing children in need is made possible solely through the generosity of our membership and our community.

The Christ Child Society of South Bend has been providing new clothing to children in St. Joseph County for 75 years.

The Clothing Center at Town and Country Shopping Center in Mishawaka continues to serve close to 4,500 children each year right here in our community. The Society also provides infant Layettes, which are distributed by our local hospitals, as well as individualized totes of clothing, toiletries and comfort items to children newly entering Foster Care.

Our mission of clothing children in need is made possible solely through the generosity of our membership and our community. The Christ Child Society receives no local, state or federal funding. All money raised in the Annual Appeal is used to purchase all the essential clothing a child needs including coats, hats, gloves, shirts, pants, underwear, shoes, socks, dental supplies, layette items for babies, and comfort items and toiletries for Foster children.  All contributions are tax deductible and will help make a child’s life a little warmer and brighter.
