Our annual Let Love Shine Gala is a fundraising staple for the Christ Child Society of South Bend.
The money raised from this event is used for purchasing new clothing, coats and shoes for infants and children of St. Joseph County living in poverty. Last year the Christ Child Society clothed just under 5,000 children and infants from birth through age fourteen, layettes for babies, and clothing and essentials for abused and neglected children entering the foster care system, as well as scholarships to clients. We do not receive funding from any government grants or the United Way. This means that 100% of our funds come from our amazing community.
